Notice about bringing guests

Unfortunately, due to the current health crisis, we are not able to accommodate guests anymore as our available space is now full of previous RSVPs. If you need to bring a guest, please contact us as soon as possible so we can see if there is any way we can find an accommodation, but we have been placed under a strict restriction to keep all guests properly distanced.

Now it is time to book!

We have set up a room block at the Loews Santa Monica Beach hotel that will allow you to book at $309 per night. Your reservation needs to be made prior to September 20, 2020, so please make your reservation now so that we can accurately gauge the number of guests that will arrive.

Please plan to arrive at check-in at 4pm on Friday, October 23, 2020.

Please plan to depart around 12pm on Sunday, October 25, 2020.
